Fellow biblical theologians,
I’m looking for some readers to help me with the “launch” of my new little book on biblical theology. If you’re subscribed here, you’ve read bits and pieces of it already! I’ll be sharing a little more about the book soon, but I wanted to let you know about a chance to get it that you might be interested in.
Here’s the offer:
What’s the get?
Answer: A free copy of my new book, One Grand Story: How the Bible Tells its Story and Why It Matters. It will be available in both print and digital formats, but this offer is for the print copy.
It’s a follow up of sorts to One Holy Book: How the Bible Came to Be and Why It Matters. In One Holy Book, I explored the historical question about how the Bible formed and in this new book I’m focusing on the hermeneutical question about how the Bible functions for readers. What is the big idea? How do we grasp the grand storyline of the Bible? How does it relate to your Christian life? What’s the ask?
Answer: A simple review/rating on Amazon.com and/or Goodreads (both would be most appreciated) after you receive and read the book.
This could be as short as a single word/sentence or as lengthy as a Shakespearean soliloquy! (somewhere in between would be the target)
How to participate:
Sign up here & we’ll send you a copy of the book! Depending on the timing, you’ll receive your copy either before or right after the book officially releases.
If you know of anyone who might be interested in this, feel free to send them the link to sign-up. The space for this initial offer has a limit, but if the form is still open, then this offer is still available!
At any rate, thanks for reading!
Update: Thanks for the responses! The offer is closed now, but I’ll let you know if it re-opens.
